Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful submission and, where necessary, order verification.
Orders placed outside normal working hours or on holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination, courier service and product availability.
An estimated delivery period may be provided during checkout or after the order has been processed.
Unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may depend on:
Order weight, number of books, destination and courier service.
The applicable delivery charge will be communicated or displayed during the order process where available.
Multi-Volume Sets
Large or multi-volume book sets may have higher delivery charges because of their weight and package size.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address and active contact number.
Orders may be delayed or returned if the address is incomplete or the courier is unable to contact the recipient.
