By accessing Maktaba Darul Uloom or placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, editions, authors, publishers and specifications.
Because publishers may occasionally update covers, printing, packaging or minor production details, the supplied item may have small visual differences from the displayed image while remaining the same title and edition.
Availability
All products are subject to stock availability.
Adding an item to the cart does not permanently reserve inventory.
Prices
Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is normally the price recorded when the order is submitted, subject to verification in case of an obvious technical or pricing error.
Orders
Submission of an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been dispatched.
Maktaba Darul Uloom reserves the right to verify, hold or cancel an order where necessary, including cases of stock unavailability, incomplete information or apparent misuse.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, graphics and original material may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Book covers, titles and publication-related intellectual property remain the property of their respective authors, publishers or rights holders.
Policy Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The version published on the website will apply from its stated effective date.
